This carefully formulated program is a 10, 20, or 30 day dietary and supplemental protocol whose duration is determined by the severity of your symptoms.

How long should you do a functional medicine detox?
20-Day Detox: your 1st time doing a detox should ideally be for 21 days to work on removing a lifetime of toxin accumulation. This can also be done 1x/year. Additionally, it should be used for anyone looking to lose 15+ lbs.
10-Day Detox: The 10-day Detox is recommended to be done quarterly upon a change of season to assist with removing toxin buildup for maintenance and preventative measures. It is also a great place to start just to experiment with how to do a functional medicine detox. If you are looking to lose around 5 lbs., this is a great option to begin with.
NOTE: Functional Medicine Detoxes are not about weight loss. They are about cultivating health. However, if you carry extra weight, your body will naturally shed it as a side effect of becoming more balanced and healthy. Much of this is toxic water weight, also known as inflammation, and much of it is fat that is mobilized once it is safe for the body to excrete toxins stored in our fat tissue. I recommend getting healthy to lose weight, NOT losing weight to be healthy. Excess weight is merely a symptom of underlying issues.
