You deserve the quality of life you dream of
Been there, done that.
I know what it’s like to feel unheard, frustrated, and exhausted—doing everything “right” but still feeling unwell. My health collapsed in my 20s, and after years of misdiagnoses, I became my own health detective, uncovering the root causes of my chronic illness. I learned that true healing isn’t just about what we eat—it’s about removing the stressors, toxins, and energetic blocks that keep us sick. Through my SAGE Approach, I help others reclaim their health by addressing the physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual/astral layers of well-being using my six roots of foundational well-being. If you're searching for real answers, I'm here to help guide your journey.
Your body doesn't lie.
Trust your gut.
The wisdom and compassion I’ve gained from my own journey have inspired me to share my story. My mission is to empower others to reclaim their health and happiness—helping them become the best version of themselves and discover what it truly means to live fully in an authentic and aligned way.
You can do it too! Taking that first step is easy. Let's connect.

community + creativity = healthy living
My creative community
Community, belonging, and strong social connections are essential for overall health, happiness, and longevity. As an advocate for human connection and creativity, I founded Silver Circle Gallery in Northeastern CT in 2008 and later established Block 134 Arts & Wellness Collective in 2018—spaces dedicated to fostering healing, self-expression, and community well-being.
Creativity and community—two of my six essential roots to well-being—connect us to source, foster resilience, and enhance health. Even the U.S. Surgeon General’s 2025 Rx prioritizes social connection for vitality. As the founder of these grassroots establishments, I bring these principles to everyday life.
In the heart of Downtown Putnam CT, Silver Circle Gallery is a local establishment that has enhanced the quality of life for many by promoting not only a sense of belonging for local artists but also by emphasizing the personal development and health benefits of creativity through the lens of mind-body medicine. Our Integrative Therapeutic Arts Program, ITAP uses art and creativity as a modality for self-expression, healing, and wellness.
BLOCK 134 is an arts and wellness collective where individuals and groups of people come together to collaborate, share events, offer professional services, connect, and create in one space. Various classes, workshops, and private services are available to enrich, educate, and enhance the quality of our local community member’s lives.
